With the rise in popularity in all-inclusive holidays we have decided to run an all-inclusive tour separate from our other published tours. The cost of the tour includes motorcycles, hotels and tour guide as well as fuel and all meals, except for meals on the first and last days of your holiday as varying arrival and departure times may make eating together difficult to arrange.

This does mean that anything else you spend is entirely up to you and will help you budget better for your holiday as the only extras will be alcoholic drinks, personal items and maybe souvenirs.

Day 1 – Arrival at Phuket International Airport

You will be met at the airport and taken to your Hotel in Nai Harn. Nai Harn is at the very south of Phuket Island, about an hours drive from the airport. Accommodation is usually at the Nai Harn Green Valley Resort which has separate bungalows for each guest, a bar and swimming pool to help you relax after your journey to Thailand. There are also a great selection of bars, shops and other attractions nearby and Rawai and Nai Harn beaches are just minutes away.

Day 2 – Phuket

Today is a relaxing tour of Phuket Island. We ride over the mountain to Kata Beach stopping at the elephant camps on the way where, if you wish, you can take the opportunity to try elephant trekking or visit the snake show. Just along the road from Kata is Karon Beach and then on to the popular tourist area of Patong. We follow the coast road through Patong on to Surin and Kamala where we stop for refreshments. This is followed by visits to Wat Chalong Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Thailand, and the Big Buddha which offers panoramic views over Phuket Island.

Day 3 – Phuket to Ranong

This is the real start of the tour. The traffic is fairly heavy on the road out of Phuket but once we pass the airport and cross the Sarasin Bridge it all becomes a lot quieter. We follow the west coast to Khao Lak where we stop for refreshments at a beachside restaurant and visit the Thai Coast Guard vessel washed up during the 2004 Tsunami and left there as a reminder of the scale of the disaster. We then ride to Ranong, where after checking in at out hotel, we can visit the hot springs and fish farm situated just outside Ranong town.

Tour Options – Day 3
Optional extras you can book for this day of the tour. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Hot springs
Treat your body to a well deserved bath in the mineral rich natural hot springs which this region is famed for.
฿200 per person.

Day 4 – Ranong to Prachuap Kiri Khan

The road out of Ranong to Chumpon is one of the nicest of the whole trip. Through the hills along winding roads we stop at a viewpoint overlooking Myanmar and a spectacular waterfall. Before reaching Chumpon we turn onto the highway heading towards Bangkok until we reach the town of Prachuap Kiri Khan. Our hotel is right on the beach where you can see the many fishing boats unload in the evening and we can visit the temple situated on the hill overlooking the town stopping to feed the many monkeys playing on the steep steps leading to the temple.

Day 5 – Pratchuap Kiri khan to Chumpon

A shorter ride today to Chumpon where we stay either in the town itself or in a beachside hotel according to what is available. We do prefer to stay at a beach hotel but in the high season it is difficult to book hotel rooms for just one night so we may be forced to stay in Chumpon Town. Either way we can promise a relaxing break with good meals.

Day 6 – Chumpon to Ao Kanom

Following the road to Surat Thani passing the ferry terminal to Koh Samui we reach Ao Kanom. This is a really quiet area but the hotel we stay in is located direct on the beach with separate bungalows equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and mini bar. In the evening we can choose to eat at the beachside restaurant or take the short drive into town which has several excellent eating places.

Day 7 – Ao Kanom to Thale Noi

Leaving Ao kanom we head towards Nakhon Si Thammarat and take the coast road heading toward Phattalung before turning off for Thale Noi which is situated beside a massive sea water lake and bird sanctuary in Noi National Park. On arrival we can try to book a long tail boat trip around the lake. Thale Noi is quiet with hardly any foreign tourists but it is very popular with Thai tourists so has many lakeside restaurants.

Day 8 – Thale Noi to the Ratchaprapha Dam

The scenery at the dam is stunning as it is situated in the middle of the National Park. We try to stay in one of the floating hotels on the lake which is reached only by taking a boat ride. Everyone is impressed by the most beautiful location.

Day 9 – Ratchaprapha Dam to Khao Sok

Only a short ride today to the Khao Sok National Park but this leaves plenty of time to take part in many of the activities offered in this area, including elephant trekking, kayaking and tubing. Or just relax in the bungalows which give the impression that you are staying in the middle of the jungle although the resort has a fine restaurant and swimming pool.
