8:00 AM - Your guide and jeep will meet you at your hotel. We depart Hoi An and indulge in the rich cultural and scenic diversity of this beautiful region. The backroad driving takes us away from high-way traffic but into the countryside of Quang Nam province. Enjoy the contrasting scenes as you go: from ancient customs and traditions to modern sky scrapers and bridges. Heading to Son Tra peninsula, we experience the lush tropical vistas of the peninsula rising 642 metres above the coast line. On the way back, there’s enough time to pay a visit to Linh Ung pagoda – a very significant cultural site surrounded by stunning coastal views.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore Danang city life mostly on foot. We make our way to the Cham Museum – the world’s largest collection of Cham sculptures and art-works since 1915. There’s also time to pay a visit to the Hai Chau communal house to learn about the history of Danang foundation and then take a leisure walk the bustling Han Market and finally enjoy a sunset view from the Marble Mountain before driving back to your hotel in Hoi An around 6:00 PM.
