Head out in to the city and take a walking tour to admire Saigon’s historic landmarks, visit some of the finest buildings in Saigon in the old colonial district. Visit the old presidential palace and war museum to recount the more recent turbulent history. Stop for a Vietnamese coffee before heading into the bustle of China town for further exploration of this historic area.

This morning transfer to Phan Thiet before hopping on your bikes for a gentle ride along the coast taking in sand dunes and astounding coastal views. Overnight at a beach resort in Mui Ne.

Today cycle to Bao Loc and take in some fantastic views as you pass ethnic minority villages, the national forest of Ma Lam and tea plantations. Transfer to Dalat at 1,475 metres above sea level. This French Hill Station was once known as `Little Paris`. The surrounding hills provide a fertile temperate climate perfect for growing flowers and vegetables.

Enjoy a full day in the saddle exploring the region’s amazing hillside scenery. The cycle to Lak Lake winds over two challenging passes but the spectacular views are worth the effort. Soak up the great view of the town and the lake, take the opportunity to rest here and admire the view. Transfer to Buon Me Thuot for overnight.

Enjoy a half-day cycling into the countryside on a 30km loop. Starting with a short drive and cycle through villages on tiny roads and quiet lanes, stopping off at points of interest en-route. The gentle ride today takes you to the coastal resort of Doc Let where there will be time to relax on the beach. After breakfast, transfer to Tam Ky city –the capital of Quang Nam Province, then hop on your bikes to cycle along the central coast of Vietnam, passing several rice fields, old villages, and fishing port until you reach the beautiful ancient city of Hoi An.

After your morning flight embark on an exploration of Hanoi with its ochre-colored colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and scenic lakes, Hanoi is full of charm. Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda as well as other sights leading to the old quarter. Finishing the day in the water puppet theatre.

Transfer to Halong Bay with a quick rest stop at Dai Viet Center along the Way. Board your cruise boat and settle in. Dine on the deck before later visiting a floating village where you can Kayak and swim. Enjoy a cooking class and an evening at leisure as the sun goes down over the bay.
