MAKE SIMPLE AND AUTHENTIC THAI DISHES IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
Whether you’re a competent cook or just finding your feet in the kitchen, you will have a fantastic time making delicious food and learning new cooking skills with Lemongrass Bangkok Cooking School. The class lasts approximately 4 hours and includes a visit to one of the local markets for an inside look into a typical Thai shopping run. Here you will get sense of the cultural significance food and cooking has on daily life as well as an introduction to some of the key local and seasonal ingredients that make Thai food so delicious; ranging from fresh meat and vegetables to fragrant herbs or spices. Once we have purchased the ingredients needed for the class, we will then head back to Lemongrass to start preparing your meal.
Once you’re in the kitchen the instructor will then run through your ingredients and the cooking process. Then comes the best part as you get to relax and enjoy your own authentic deliciously prepared food.
OUR ENJOYABLE COOKING SCHEDULE
9:00am to 9.15am – Pick up at various from hotel around Khasan Rd. To start the fresh market tour and visit spring roll’s papers factory.
10:00am – Arrive at the Kitchen get brief instruction on ingredients and prepare homemade green or red curry paste.
10.20am – Start the lesson.

- Deep fried spring rolls
- Massaman Curry
- Peanut Sauce
12.30 – Finish the lesson and enjoy your deliciously prepared food at your own leisure.
Morning class: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Afternoon class: 1:00pm – 4:30pm
